I specialize in Miami pre-construction for investors who buy from outside the United States. I don't sell buildings: I help people choose. My work starts with your numbers and continues with projects compared using official data, a deposit schedule you can sustain and a closing coordinated remotely.
I'm Katherine Carpio, a licensed Florida real estate Sales Associate (license SL3443740) with eXp Realty. My legal name is Katherine del Valle Carpio Ortiz.
I'm a member of eXp Realty's global C5 community and have spoken as a panelist at real estate retreats and on industry podcasts.
